Zynia - Motivational metaphors for Training and Development

We’ve got six packs developed so far: Communication, Change, Leadership, Teams, Customers and Diversity. We will be developing more titles, and can create packs designed specifically for different business sectors.

Zynia aims to become a recognised leader in audio training resources and services. Firstly to become a source of excellent training packs and secondly in providing courses created and run by us strengthening the use of storytelling as a development tool. It would be a dream come true for us if companies or organisations were to stop and think ‘we want creative ways of training – lets talk to Zynia’. We want to be seen as approachable and flexible, and to be able to provide a tailor-made pack for any budget; we can develop your trainers in incorporating powerful storytelling techniques into coaching, formal and informal training and at conferences.

We’re also keen on keeping pace with technological change in the 21st Century; we already supply stories on a University intranet system for students. In the near future we plan on selling downloadable stories and packs from our website as well as on CDs and therefore save trees! But it’s more than that; we want to be able to give the customer a product in the format they prefer – hard copy, electronic or even as a podcast.

Our dream is that every person could have the opportunity to be in touch with Zynia Ltd at some point in their lives, whether it’s through education or in employment and perhaps through a business sector annual conference that uses story and metaphor as a vehicle. The power of stories is immense; we want to share this fabulous tool with everyone.
