Zynia are able to offer consultancy and advice on HR Management and development issues, including policy, planning and organisational changes. We work on liasing and coordinating projects from senior management down to the shop floor including projects involving:

- Developing and delivering Harassment and Bullying Programmes

We pass on our knowledge, skills and understanding related to all aspects of HRM and HRD and the development of people including:
- The preparation and implementation of business related staff development programmes, including the research, design, presentation and evaluation of programmes leading to whole organisation performance improvement;
- Management, leadership and team development, including facilitation, training, coaching, mentoring, action learning and career counselling;
- Delivery through consultancy, workshops or facilitated training sessions, adapted and tailored to suit client needs;
- The design and production of training (HYPERLINK) based on the impact of story telling in the business world. We also offer to train the trainers/manager in the use of stories to enable them to have a greater impact in their delivery.
