“Everyone stand back please!” Commanded Paul. It was the large, red faced, man panting, gasping and clutching his chest. “I’ll clear them all out of the way” Mr Jones told him, “No, no, don’t do that sir” Said Paul, “They’re making a privacy barrier, but could you stop more people coming in, I’ll ring for the ambulance”. Mr Jones nodded appreciatively while Paul made sure that the large man was comfortable before calling 999. When he was sure that he could do no more, Paul stood up and took a deep breath. He began to feel that he was coping well.
