A Training Manager from a large organisation made contact with us stating how useful this particular story was in a customer care training session; stating that as the story is set in the “here and now” and it appears to grab the listener’s attention.
The trainer stated that “it’s interesting to observe how delegates take on board the messages in the story some just sit and listen, others make notes, some close their eyes and let their minds just absorb the story whichever way they listen it has provided me trainer with a different training method which has added value to the event I have been running.”
