Zynia - Motivational metaphors for Training and Development

Story telling and E-learning

UfI are introducing e-learning modules and Zynia stories are an integral part of them. They add another dimension and also help learners by introducing different learning styles. E.g “Christmas 1915” from the Leadership Pack, this is part of a module on Workplace Supervision. The story tells of one sergeant’s leadership style and how it affects the men as an example of how leaders can influence the people they lead.
