Health Review
The recent health service review emphasises patient choice and the patient experience, perhaps Lord Darzi has read the Zynia story in the Communications pack. The Surgery tells of one woman’s bad experience all caused by miscommunication and off hand behaviour. It’s amazing how one little, seemingly insignificant error can cause unnecessary emotional havoc. At Zynia we believe that stories illustrate common issues and help people to focus on the message and remember it – would you like to be treated like the woman in our story – probably not!
