I went to an 85th birthday party at the weekend – a fit gent who wields a chainsaw regularly in his local churchyard – he’s fitter than I am! We talked about a friend’s mother who at 75 seems at least 10 years older, down to her attitude to life. It just proves to me that you can’t make assumptions about people.
